Milk: You can use any type of milk you prefer, like coconut milk, soy milk, or dairy milk, if almond milk isn’t your favorite.

Chia Seeds: Swap with ground flaxseeds if you prefer a different texture. They will still provide a thick, pudding-like consistency.

Greek Yogurt: Use any plant-based yogurt or regular yogurt for a dairy-free option. Coconut yogurt adds a creamy twist.

Peanut Butter: Almond butter or sunflower seed butter works perfectly if you’re avoiding peanuts.

Can I make chia pudding ahead of time?
Yes! This chia seed pudding can be made the night before, and it will thicken as it sits in the fridge overnight, making it perfect for meal prep.

Can I use frozen bananas?
Yes, you can use frozen bananas. Just thaw them before adding to the pudding so they have the right texture.

Can I make this dairy-free?
Absolutely! Just swap the Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt like almond or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.

Can I use quick oats for the granola?
Yes, quick oats work just as well, but you’ll get a finer texture compared to using old-fashioned oats.

How long does the granola stay crunchy in the pudding?
To maintain the crunch, add the granola just before serving, as it may soften if left in the pudding for too long.
