Peach Smoothie Bowl Recipe Notes
Frozen Fruits: Using frozen peaches and bananas is essential for achieving the thick and creamy texture of a smoothie bowl. You can freeze fresh fruits yourself or purchase pre-frozen fruits for convenience.
Sweetener: You can adjust the amount to your taste preferences. Honey or agave syrup can also be used as alternatives.
Tamper: Using a blender with a tamper is recommended to easily blend the thick smoothie without the need to stop and scrape down the sides. If you don’t have a tamper, you may need to stop the blender and stir the ingredients manually.
Garnish: Feel free to get creative with your toppings. Sliced fresh peaches, bananas, and a generous sprinkle of Vanilla Almond Granola make for a delicious combination. You can also add additional toppings like shredded coconut, nuts, or seeds.
Granola: You can make the Vanilla Almond Granola ahead of time and store it in an airtight container for several weeks, making it a convenient and healthy addition to your smoothie bowl.
Texture: Adjust the amount of almond milk to achieve your desired smoothie bowl consistency. Less liquid will result in a thicker, more spoonable bowl, while more liquid will make it easier to drink with a straw.
