Peach Banana Smoothie Bowl with Vanilla Almond Granola

  • You'll want to make the Vanilla Almond Granola ahead of time. It can be stored in an air-tight container in your pantry for several weeks. Click here to view the recipe and video.
  • Add the frozen peach, frozen banana, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla to a blender with a tamper. Secure the lid, turn to medium speed, and continually push and stir the ingredients with the tamper until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into two bowls. 
    Optional: Garnish with sliced fresh peaches, bananas, and 1/4 cup of my Vanilla Almond Granola.
