I love using thinly sliced zucchini instead of lasagna pasta noodles in this delicious lasagna. And I replace ricotta cheese with cottage cheese for added protein.
A sweet chocolate bite after dinner is a must for me. So I make up a batch of the chocolate protein bites with chickpeas, so I always have a healthy option in my freezer 🙂
