Falling for Green
I make up a double batch of the pesto sauce and freeze in an ice cube tray. Then I can pull out several cubes any time I need pesto without having to take the time to make a fresh batch.
I’m always looking for ways to camouflage added veggies. The sauteed zucchini in the broccoli soup is blended smooth with the sauteed onions, garlic, and broth so it’s undetectable. And it adds a richer flavor to the broth.
The mint chocolate protein bars are one of my favorite sweet treats! They are so easy to make a double or triple batch and then store in the freezer for a quick snack or healthy dessert 🙂
