A few of my kids seem to live on mac and cheese so I made a sauce that comes together in less than ten minutes. You just bring your milk/cornstarch to a simmer for 4 minutes and then melt in the cheese and greek yogurt.

You will never detect the frozen cauliflower that I sneak into the Snickers protein smoothie. Steaming then freezing a head of cauliflower minimizes the flavor but adds fiber and nutrients to your smoothie.

  • Easy Batch Prep:

I love making a double batch of my baked ground chicken nuggets. I can prepare and freeze them unbaked, then bake them when needed. Or bake them all and then reheat a few for a quick meal.
