Holiday Week Warmers

  • Time Saver:

I will cook up a bunch of the breaded fish filets. Then I will reheat them in an air fryer for about 5 minutes to crisp them up. They’re delicious!!!

  • Healthier Swap:

Butternut squash is roasted and pureed in the cheesy sauce for the mac and cheese. It’s a great way to sneak in a veggie for my picky eaters.

  • Easy Batch Prep:

I love making up a double-batch of the pancakes and storing them in the fridge. Then my kids can grab one and toast it up in the morning for yummy breakfast.
