Spaghetti Squash Noodles Oven Baked

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Carefully cut the ends off the spaghetti squash.
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half, either length or width-wise.
  • Scrape out and discard the seeds using a large spoon.
  • Lightly spray the insides of the spaghetti squash and lay them upside down on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the spaghetti squash at 400ºF for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Using a fork, gently pull scrape out the spaghetti noodles and enjoy!
