High-Protein Garlic Parmesan White Bean Dip

Gentle Tummy

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups cooked white beans
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese or any white cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor
  • Mix until well blended
