Greek Yogurt Honey Mustard Sauce (High-Protein)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon light olive oil, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
  • Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and creamy, with no streaks of mustard remaining. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed – add more honey for sweetness, more mustard for tanginess, or a pinch more salt to enhance flavors.
  • For best results, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and mellow. This step is optional but recommended for the fullest flavor experience.
