Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip (Creamy, High-Protein)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, mayo, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a small blender, food processor, or chopper cup. Blend for a full 45–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until the dip is completely smooth and creamy with no visible curds.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add a pinch more salt, garlic powder, or dill depending on your preference. If the dip feels too thick, blend in a teaspoon or two of milk or water until it reaches your desired consistency.
    Once blended, the dip is ready to serve immediately or chill.

Notes

Texture: For an extra smooth dip, blend the cottage cheese until creamy before adding the other ingredients.
Customization: Adjust the seasonings to taste. Add more garlic powder for a stronger garlic flavor or extra dill for a more herbaceous dip.
