Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

  • Premake the cookie dough bites. View my recipe and video for my Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Energy Bites.
  • You can also use store-bought cookie dough or make your own from your favorite recipe.
  • Pour the ice cream into a shallow dish or pan. This will allow the ice cream to cool and thaw more quickly.
  • Break the Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites into smaller chunks and drop them into the ice cream.
  • Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the ice cream. Then submerge all the cookie dough bites into the ice cream using a spatula.
  • Place the ice cream in the freezer for at least two hours or until it is firm. Then remove the ice cream and enjoy! If it is too hard to scoop, allow it to cool on the counter for 10-15 minutes until slightly thawed.
