Preheat your air fryer to 385°F (195°C).Carefully place your tortilla in the bottom of the air fryer basket.Place a small heatproof glass or ceramic bowl on top of the tortilla to keep it from blowing around in the air fryer.Air fry for 4 minutes at 385°F. Flip the tortilla over half way and move the small bowl to a different spot on the tortilla. The tortilla should be stiff enough to hold its shape but not toasted brown yet.Once done, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula and place it on a cutting board or plate.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla. Arrange the pepperoni slices over the sauce. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.Carefully transfer the prepared tortilla pizza to the preheated air fryer basket.
Air fry for 3 minutes at 385°F or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are lightly golden brown. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.Once done, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula. Let it cool for a minute or two before slicing and serving.

Ingredients Order: Depending on how strong the air blows in your air fryer, you'll want to put lightweight ingredients, like thinly sliced pepperoni and fresh basil, under the cheese layer so they don't get blown off the pizza. Tortilla Size: The recipe calls for a standard 8-inch tortilla. You can use a larger tortilla if it will fit inside your air-fryer and not touch the sides. You also may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
