Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing (Chick-fil-A Copycat)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender add 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 avocado, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Blend until the dressing reaches a creamy texture. Scrape down the sides as needed. Taste the dressing and adjust lime juice, salt, or pepper to your preference. Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
