Apple Maple Syrup for Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the applesauce, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Gently stir and warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds until the butter is melted. Stir and enjoy! You can also warm the syrup in a small saucepan on the stove.
