3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small food processor or chopper cup, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 2 pinches of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Room temperature ingredients: Make sure your cream cheese is properly softened before mixing to avoid lumps in your dip. I've found that cutting it into small cubes helps it soften more quickly.
Whip for extra fluffiness: For a lighter, fluffier texture, use an electric mixer to whip the ingredients together for about 30 seconds after combining.
Balance the flavors: The pinches of salt might seem unnecessary in a sweet dip, but I think they really enhance the flavors.
Make it ahead: This dip actually tastes even better after the flavors have had time to meld in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Add mix-ins for variety: While the 3-ingredient version is perfect on its own, I sometimes fold in cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon zest, or mini chocolate chips to create different flavor variations.
