Combine 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon salt, and a dash of pepper in a small bowl and mix. Add 1 pound ground turkey to a large bowl, pour the 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/8 teaspoon maple extract over top, and gently fold together with a spatula until evenly combined.
