Quick Fluffy Cheddar Scrambled Eggs in Hexclad Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces shredded cheese
  • 3 pinches salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in your HexClad skillet or non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Crack 2 eggs right into the pan—no extra bowl needed!
  • Sprinkle 2 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese and 2 pinches of salt to taste.
  • Stir everything gently with a silicone or rubber spatula, keeping the heat low so the eggs stay nice and fluffy. Cook until just set and still a little shiny. Slide them onto a plate and dig in while they’re warm and cheesy!
