fresh squeezed and frozen or 1/4 cup of juice

scoop vanilla protein powder

chia seeds

ground flax seed

almond butter
or peanut butter
Instructions
Add the 1/2 cup of almond milk to the blender cup.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender cup and blend until smooth or until you no longer hear any ice chunks swirling around in the blender.
