High-Protein Banana Smoothie with Almond Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1 cube orange juice fresh squeezed and frozen or 1/4 cup of juice
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add the 1/2 cup of almond milk to the blender cup.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender cup and blend until smooth or until you no longer hear any ice chunks swirling around in the blender.
