  • In a high-speed blender, food processor, or immersion blender, combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of milk (almond milk is my fave) to reach the desired consistency.
Sweetness Level: You can add more maple syrup if you'd like it to be sweeter.
