Big Mac Wrap with Easy Healthy McDonalds Sauce Recipe

Gentle Tummy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 dashes pepper
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tsp mustard powder, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and dash of pepper and whisk until well combined. You can also mix it together in a food processor or blender.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 lb ground beef with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Lay a tortilla on a flat surface, In the center of each tortilla, add 1/4 cup cooked beef, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, diced tomato, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and a few pickle slices. Drizzle with homemade Big Mac sauce.
    Wrap it up by folding the bottom up, tuck in the sides, and roll into wrap form.
    Crisp (optional): Heat a medium skillet over medium heat, place the wraps seam-side down, and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
