Avocado and Cottage Cheese Toast Protein Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 slices wheat bread (bread of choice)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash 1/2 avocado with 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dill, and a pinch of flaky salt until well combined.
  • Toast 2 slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.
  • Evenly spread the avocado cottage cheese mixture on the toast, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy immediately.
